VY LE

Vy Le is the Managing Partner of Do Ventures. She has invested in more than 40 startups across EdTech, Fintech, AI, creator commerce, cross-border trade, and climate innovation.

She plays a central role in shaping Vietnam’s private capital and innovation agenda, and serves as the Chairperson of the Vietnam Private Capital Agency (VPCA), where she leads efforts to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors on innovation financing and sustainable growth. She also holds leadership roles with UNICEF NextGen and the Vietnam E-commerce Association.

Vy’s experience spans across entrepreneurship, investment, and ecosystem building. Vy founded her first company at 13 and later launched Chon.vn, Vietnam’s first fashion e-commerce platform, which was acquired by Vingroup. She subsequently served as CEO of Vingroup’s e-commerce subsidiary, Adayroi before joining ESP Capital as one of the Partners.

Vy is committed to diversity and inclusiveness. She previously held leadership roles at the Technology Center for the Blind, supporting the use of technology to expand access to education, employment, and digital skills for visually impaired communities.

Vy graduated valedictorian from Georgetown University and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders community.
