VAN NGUYEN

Van Nguyen is a Senior Investment Analyst in the investment team and is also the manager in charge of global investments at Do Ventures. She oversees the firm's investments across Climate Tech, Fintech, and Consumer Tech, and is also responsible for the engagement of founders in Asia beyond Vietnam.

Van's experience spans investment, fintech, and the startup ecosystem. At One Mount Group, she developed commercial strategies to drive adoption of the group's fintech products. Her work with founders began earlier, when she led one of Northern Vietnam's largest entrepreneurship competitions for founders under 25 while at university. Over more than a decade working with and alongside tech and startup founders, she has developed a hands-on perspective that shapes how closely she partners with the teams she backs.

Van brings the same resilience to life outside work. She practices Muay Thai and goes trekking, and is no stranger to taking a hit and getting back up - a fitting mindset for navigating the highs, lows, and occasional bruises of the startup journey.
