Linh Nguyen is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition and development, complemented by a profound understanding of operations and business development. At Do Ventures, she plays a key role in ensuring that environmental, social, and governance considerations are integrated into the investment process, driving sustainable and ethical practices across the portfolio. Before joining the fund, she founded and served as Managing Director of the D2C fashion brand The Cosmo, and held roles at Vingroup, Chon JSC, and VP Bank. Linh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Franklin & Marshall College (USA).
