Kien Vu is a Growth Officer at Do Ventures. Prior to joining Do Ventures, he was Head of BI and Operations at Luxstay, a Vietnam’s leading homestay platform, where he established KPIs, coordinated cross-departmental operations, and implemented growth hacking strategies that quintupled both customer base and GMV. Earlier, as Head of BI, he developed a comprehensive BI system to enhance operations and played a critical role in securing $10M during fundraising rounds. Previously, Kien was a Data Analyst and Data Governance Officer at VPBank, one of the global top 300 most valuable banking brands. There, he managed automation projects and developed insightful reports and dashboards, significantly enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University.
