VUIHOC’s AI-Driven Learning Model Becomes a Harvard Case Study

We are proud to see VUIHOC, a leading K–12 online education platform in Vietnam, featured in a case study at Harvard Business School titled "VUIHOC – Scaling Fun Learning Through AI in Vietnam.”

The case examines a question that is becoming increasingly relevant for education systems around the world: how can AI improve learning quality while also strengthening operational efficiency — without losing the human core of education?

VUIHOC’s approach offers an interesting perspective. Rather than positioning AI as a shortcut or a buzzword, the team has focused on using it as a practical tool to improve how learning is designed and delivered. AI supports curriculum development, enables more effective measurement of student progress, and helps personalize the learning journey at scale — while allowing teachers to focus on what they do best: guiding, motivating, and supporting students.

The case also highlights the broader challenge faced by many fast-growing education platforms in emerging markets: how to expand access while maintaining learning quality. As VUIHOC continues to scale across Vietnam, technology plays an important role in ensuring that growth is paired with meaningful outcomes for students.

Being discussed in a Harvard classroom is meaningful recognition. More importantly, it reflects a team that continues to learn, question assumptions, and build thoughtfully in a sector where long-term impact matters.

Congratulations to the VUIHOC team on this well-deserved milestone.
