Linh Nguyen

Linh Nguyen is the Chief of Staff at Do Ventures. She assists the Partners in talent management and organisational learning. She also holds the portfolio of ESG management where she works directly with the Chief Sustainability Officer to advance ESG objectives at Do Ventures and our portfolio companies.

Linh brings more than a decade of hands-on experience building and running businesses. She served as Managing Director of The Cosmo, a fashion retail brand she grew from inception to five stores, including a flagship location, overseeing brand strategy, partnerships, sales, marketing, and talent development. Earlier, as Chief of Staff at Chon JSC, one of Vietnam's leading fashion and beauty e-commerce platforms, she supported executive operations, fundraising materials, and cross-functional initiatives. She began her career as a Foreign Exchange Trader at VPBank, where she executed FX transactions and analyzed macroeconomic and geopolitical factors affecting currency markets.

Linh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and French from Franklin & Marshall College in the United States. Her combination of entrepreneurial, operational, and investment experience gives her a practical perspective on building organizations and helping companies grow responsibly.
