KIEN VU

Kien Vu is the Growth and Data Manager at Do Ventures, where he works closely with portfolio companies to strengthen their capabilities in data, technology, and growth. He helps founders and teams build data analytics functions and infrastructure, apply AI to real business needs, and develop initiatives across CRM, marketing, and operations.

Kien has experience across the banking and the startup ecosystem. He began his career in data analytics and governance at VPBank and MBBank, before joining Luxstay as Head of Business Intelligence and Operations. At Luxstay, he gained first-hand experience building systems, coordinating across teams, and navigating the challenges of rapid growth in a technology startup.

Kien holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Vietnam National University. His combination of structured banking experience and hands-on startup operations allows him to bring both discipline and adaptability to the work of helping Do Ventures' portfolio companies scale through technology and data.
