Duong Luong

Duong Luong is Executive Assistant at Do Ventures. Duong works closely with management on scheduling, travel, and day-to-day operations, while also handling the fund's contact points, event organization, and initiatives that support company culture.

Duong comes to Do Ventures with more than a decade of experience across e-commerce operations, retail sales leadership, and customer service, having worked within fast-paced, high-growth environments spanning venture-backed e-commerce platforms and consumer retail.

Before joining the firm, she served as Head of Sales Department and Store Manager at a fast-growing D2C startup, where she managed sales programs, e-commerce pricing and promotions, inventory, and staff training. Prior to that, she held operations and team leadership roles at Vincommerce, the e-commerce arm of VinGroup operating Adayroi.com, and at Chon JSC, one of Vietnam's leading fashion e-commerce platforms, where she was recognized as Employee of the Year.

Duong holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from Hong Bang International University.
